The staff here went out of their way to help a friend of mine ship home some valuable collectables that they bought while on vacation in Charlotte. It was such a pleasant experience because we had no idea how to pack them, what would be the best way to ship them, etc... and the staff took the time and care to walk us through the options and pack the items for us. They also showed us ahead of time how they planned to pack them ensuring they stayed safe throughout transit. Altogether excellent.

I have lived in Uptown Charlotte for around 6 years and only go to this location. I stop by this location twice a week for amazon returns or various tasks. I have never had one issue and Nick has taken care me on 99% of my visits. He greets me with a smile and treats me with respect. I can not say enough good things about this location and its employees. For anyone living or working in Uptown this should be your UPS Store!

The staff at this UPS Store location was extremely professional. I had an expensive piece of clothing that I needed to return, and they were understanding and helpful throughout the whole process. I appreciate their services and recommend anyone to use this location for their shipping needs!

Visited while scoping out the location for a creative conference and needed to print out some quick paperwork. I was helped out by Nick, he was able to answer my question while helping another customer which I thought was nice. I had the file in my email was able to use their computers to print out the paperwork and then get copies as I needed. The location has everything, notary, copy and printing, shipping services, drop off, and passport photos. I was surprised since this was inside the convention center. I had a small wait as Nick was helping the other customer, so I took some time to take a few photos of all the services and hours. Once I was helped, printing and paying didnt take anytime at all and I was on my way. Nick was awesome and helpful. If you need some quick printing in the area, I highly recommend this location.

This is by far the best printing that I've come across in Charlotte. Nick does an incredible job and always gets all the print jobs done correctly and in the quickest time. If I have any event coming up, I know I can count on them to get the job done.
