I order my kids uniforms on July 2, 2024 they started school August 5, 2024 I call two weeks before school start to see when I will get them and the guy said on the day school starts. The day school starts I didnt receive anything call the next day and the number going to voicemail today I call again on Thursday and Friday of that week and it was going to voicemail. Today is August 12, 2024 and its still going to voicemail and I also sent a email. Im mad because I spent my money and had to go buy my kids shirts to wear to school.

I ordered shirts for my daughter in July for her to begin school on Aug 28th. I heard nothing from the company about when my shirts would arrive, or where they would arrive to. I spent about $200 on my order!! The email we received from the school said orders place before August 1st would be picked up at the school. Any orders after that would be sent to the home. My order was placed on July 13th and they were NOT at the school the 4 times I went up there to check. This company finally sends a rep 4 days into school starting to be present for pick ups and when I arrive they tell me that my shirts once again WERE NOT THERE!!! They shipped my shirts when I purposely ordered my shirts way ahead of time to avoid this problem. They have NO customer service except for an email address which when I sent a message at the end of July I did not and still haven't gotten a response. The person giving out the shirts seems to shrug off my concern and tell me he was just there to give them out he knows nothing else. There are no updates to shipping as most professional companies would provide. Now I have to continue to wait for my daughters shirts as she wears old shirts from last year that dont fit her like they should. If I had my way I would never do business with this company. If my daughters school chooses to use them again next year I will be highly disappointed, and hesitant to order again. This is an absolute terrible experience.

If I could give zero stars i would! I placed the order for my daughters shirts over 25 days ago. They dont send tracking numbers nor do they respond back to emails. Id rather my daughter wear a white shirt and jackets to cover it up every day before I ever order from this company again. Horrible!

Terrible company to do business with. No one responds to emails and when you call the phone goes straight to voicemail. If I could give zero stars I most definitely would.
