I really enjoyed this hotel. Modern decor but not overly in your face modern. Nice room set up with a divider between bed and desk. Comfy bed. Super fluffy towel. Quiet. Front desk staff were great. Breakfast could have been better (out of milk for cereal, sad looking almost empty oatmeal). I recommend to my company to continue getting room blocks here.

This hotel is brand new. Very nice. It is very close to everything. During my stay I met a very nice young lady. Her name is Sonya Givens. She was extremely helpful. She was friendly from the time I walked in the door. She acknowledged everyone who she came across. She was multitasking from the front desk. She definitely deserves to be recognized. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Thanks again Sonya for making my stay amazing! I will be back!

I travel to Charlotte often for work and this would have been my new "go-to" place to stay... quiet, clean, rooms even have a microwave, no issues. Except at checkout I was charged a daily "parking maintenance fee." When I asked what this was I was told that it is to help keep the parking lot looking nice. Seriously? There is nothing special about this parking lot that would require a daily maintenance fee. I pointed out that this fee is not listed on the website and I was never told there would be a fee. The response was they acknowledged that the website hasn't been updated yet but this was a new requirement that I had to pay. So I will now be taking my business elsewhere.

This is the worst experience I ever had. The hotel is new and looks good but the front reception is horrible. They dont have any clue what the customer service is and they are very rude. The guy Lawrence at front desk need to be fired, for the way he interacts with the customer with out any morale or concern. Even the lady next day was pathetic. They cancelled my reservation with out my consent and made it untraceable, so that I cannot get a refund. They literally lied when my third party called them to verify the cancellation and Marriott customer service was not helpful as they are totally at mercy of front desk to trace the reservation, giving complete monopoly to the front desk staff. They literally stealed my money and lied about the reservation. Never ever stay at this hotel. Please working here are totally worthless and horrible. I wish I could give less the zero stars

This hotel was great! Rooms were clean and spacious plenty of plugins for devices great breakfast,friendly staff , as a heads up there is a change in their parking policy recently they had to start charging for parking but considering its only $4 each night I would say its not a big deal considering most other places charge as much as $50 a night. Overall a great experience I would definitely stay again if coming through Charlotte. Highly recommend staying here
