I stayed at this lovely hotel last night. A reservation was made while we were on the road and the confirmation came through about an hour before we checked in. Upon arrival I was not in their system and was worried I wouldn't get a room. A very kind, professional and helpful gentleman named Anthony made everything right for our stay! The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet. The breakfast has good food and lots of choices. I highly recommend staying there! Thank you again to Anthony, his customer service is exceptional!

This was my second time visiting this hotel. I was very pleased with my first stay...my most recent visit was very disappointing. To start, it took the front desk attendant over 20 minutes to check me in. According to the attendant, the computer system was down. When I finally got to my room, one of my key cards did not work. I went back to the front desk for assistance and was told that the card had be re-programmed. When I pull back the comforter of one of the beds in my room, the sheets looked like they had no been changed since the last customer who stayed in the room, so I had to request a new set of sheets and change them myself (housekeeper had departed for the day). One of the elevators stopped working. When I alerted the front desk, the response was "okay;" nothing further. Later that night after returning to my room, I again, could not get into my room. I went back to the front desk to get the overnight attendant's assistance, she tried entering my room with the master key and could not get in. I had to wake up the other occupant in my room to get access inside. Had there not been another person in my room, how would I had other gotten in??? I went to the front desk the next morning and complained about my experience and difficulty entering my room with the key card. I was told by the attendant, "we've been opened for about 2 years now and the key card batteries should need replacing now." I was offered an upgraded room, a $35 credit and 5000 additional points to my IHG account. The "upgraded" room was nothing more than a basic room with a couch. I quickly noticed that the new room's wall thermostat did not work and one of the lamp's did not work. I spoke over the phone with the property manager who reminded me that they could offer was a $35 credit and the extra points. During the conversation, she seemed flat and was eating a meal while she was speaking with me. I never received the extra points they offered. This was my go to hotel in Charlotte. Safe to say I'll be staying with another hotel chain in the future.

I stayed last night in this location. It is gorgeous. Love how modern it is decorated and the views are beautiful. The front desk personnel were super friendly and professional. The check in process was efficient and fast. The room was superb and effective for my Mom as I requested a walk in shower room. I definitely recommend this location if you are in the area. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Nice location, upon closing out my first night stay I was charged for 6 items from there the market place. When I only purchased 3. Which were $3 a piece. Then front desk agent has an attitude when I requested to have the charges adjusted. Dont you have cameras? If I was charged wrong and you dont believe the customer check the cameras. This most recent stay I was placed in a dirty room, there was a bar of soap sitting on the top of the head board I checked in at 10:30 and wasnt moved until 2am, when I inform the front desk agent that I had taken pictures. Management the next morning insured me they would be calling me back and didnt. As well as the quest service manager. If there was a bar of soap and the head board I highly doubt the sheets were changed because how could you miss that if you actually re dressed the bed? The fridge smell terrible. Bathtub had stains on the exterior wall. Poor customer service! The only person who helped was the overnight attended. Everybody else needs to be retrained in hospitality.

Enjoyed my one night stay here. Sharon at front desk offered great customer service. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was hearty and filling as well. Highly recommend this property!
