It was a bummer that the hotel didnt have the in room Jacuzzi or the pool open as advertised. The lady at the front desk had offered me a refund, but my trip was planned weeks in advance so I just took the king suite that I had paid for. The room was very nice and updated so I was satisfied. Breakfast was OK. Staff was very polite and one guy kept going out of his way to help me when needed. The bed was comfortable and the views were good. Very convenient location. Only 5-15 min from everything I had planned. Would definitely stay again. This review would have definitely been five stars but I was really looking forward to relaxing in the Jacuzzi during my self care weekend there. I wouldve planned another activity or spa day had I known beforehand.

This hotel was very clean, has extremely friendly employees, great breakfast, and comfy beds. I also really enjoyed that its right next door to the NASCAR Hall Of Fame, so its only a short walk if youre into this attraction. Unfortunately, during our visit, we experienced having a cold shower. The staff was extremely professional in handling the situation, and it was resolved in a timely manner. If we come back to Charlotte, we will definitely use this hotel again.

Enjoyed my recent stay during a conference. Appreciated the close proximity to the Conference Center and other amenities, including Whole Foods. Staff were friendly and helpful although the hot water for tea was sometimes only lukewarm and the coffee pot was empty in the morning. There was some renovation going on and I'll chalk it up to the chaos of that, although I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt because they upgraded me to a nicer room and were very professional otherwise.

In town 1 night for date night, dinner & a concert. Walking distance to all! Cannot say enough about Tony at the front desk! Courteous, energetic, professional! Asked him about our restaurant, he rushed out from behind the desk to show me the route to take. A true asset to Hampton!!! Room is nice, on the way out to dinner, advised Tony of a minor toilet and smoke detector issue, taken care of while we were at dinner. Will definitely stay here again!!!

After submitting the review the hotel responded below, but without naming a person to speak with at either venue, or a convenient time to call. The poor service continues. I am a Hilton Diamond Club member and was a guest at the hotel for three nights, March 3-5. Upon entering my room neither the refrigerator nor TV functioned. Maintenance personnel repaired both, although I expect to enter a room with all devices functioning. Saturday morning, 4 March, all guests on my floor were greeted with tremendous boring and hammer noises resulting in numerous complaints. A Manager Tony Wilson came to my room later that day, maintaining he heard no such noise, told me to identify where the noice was originating and stated clearly there was no renovation work taking place in the hotel. I reminded him this was his responsibility. The noise later continued at which point I complained again to the Manager Mario about 5:00pm. He contradicted Mr Wilson stating renovation was continuing. I requested compensation and he promised the same. Sunday morning I attempted to raise the window shade and the chain broke. Promptly maintenance personnel arrived, was not able to repair it but promised to return later that day to complete the repair. This repair did not take place. I left the room for the evening and reported this to personnel at the front desk and was promised it would be repaired by the time I returned later that evening. Upon my return the broken chain was removed but not replaced, the shade was down but could not be raised. This was reported to Danielle at the front desk. She offered to remove the parking charges from my bill. I asked why I was charged for parking although I did not utilize this service? For this she had no response. Upon check out the next day it was confirmed that parking had been charged in error and then removed. The employee gave a vague rationale as being parking charges are normally included. This is an unsatisfactory response. He promised either the Manager Mario or Amber would contact me within two days regarding compensation. A week later and this has not happened. I suggest avoiding this hotel and its incompetent management.
