Overall, a 5 star two nights. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. The indoor water park was warm, well maintained and clean. The kids had a blast. The whole family loved the bowling. Negatives: The air conditioner unit in the room was so loud, and so was the fan in the bathroom. The rewards for the arcade were pretty skimpy with not many choices. The water park was enjoyable, but my 3 year was upset she couldn't ride any of the bigger rides including the family raft one.

Great indoor water park! Celebrated our little ones' birthday here, and that was perfect. We got the birthday package, they provided everything we needed for the little party. The boys even loved the cake! Can't say enough about the park and the great staff and service! Recommend getting the Wolf Pass if you're thinking about doing most of the activities. It allows you to do most everything you could want to do. Kids especially loved the Magic Quest!

Fun place for bigger kids. My son is 4 and wanted to do some of the other rides but was just too short. I think their height requirements are a little crazy. Fun activities for the kids. Never had any hot water or a warm shower the entire time I was here. They had an issue with the hot water. Very overpriced. Im glad the kids had fun but I can honestly say I would want to come back.

The kids enjoyed it a lot. The staff was (with one exception) EXTREMELY friendly, helpful, upbeat, and professional. Unfortunately during our visit it was very, very crowded. 20-25 minute wait for the large slides and basically standing room only in the wave pool. The rooms were adequate, clean, and staff responded very quickly to our requests for more towels and cups. I also have to say it's a very expensive endeavor. Obviously you know the costs up front and it's somewhat expected given the huge facility and large amount of staff it takes to keep in running. However, it was disappointing that all the little extra games and such (laser tag, bowling, rock mining, arcades, scavenger hunt, etc) all cost extra. We will probably go again when the kids are a little older but given the cost and crowds it won't be a regular thing for us. Still, we enjoyed the stay and the staff!

This place is undeniably pricey, but my kids have the time of their lives. It's worth saving for a night or two away from reality. They really go the extra mile to plan events and activities kids are sure to love in addition to the awesome water attractions. I also love that it's located near a ton of food restaurants so that my husband and I can get delicious take out while the kids feast on the Lodge pizza.
