We had to stay here because we missed our flight and we were very happy with the hotel. The staff in the evening were amazing!!!. We had a lot of fun with them at the bar and restaurant . Unfortunately I didnt get their names . I really wish we did because they were so nice . They really made a very bad experience for me feel so much better! They all made me feel so much more relaxed and comfortable after a very long and stressful day!Then in the morning Joann and Reanna were very helpful and super friendly . They all were always checking on us to make sure we didnt need anything. And the warm cookies dont hurt either

Front desk staff was awesome. Ester was great and so was the gentlemen who checked us out. Rooms were clean. Nice large counter in bathroom. The warm cookies are awesome. There was a big party there for Easter Sunday but they handled it well. The only thing I didn't like were the very small room trash cans and some stains on the couch. Would stay there again!

The Staff and rooms and Bar were all Great. The overall hotel is awesome. The only thing us I went to the store and bought drinks to find out the rooms do not come with a Fridge. I was not happy about this & have never had this happen before. I am a Hilton Diamond member & stay weekly at their Hotels & I have always had a fridge. And they did not have 1 to bring to my room

I wish the elevator was fixed but its in the works. That was the only drawback. The staff is attentive, the rooms are clean and modern, location is great. But the biggest surprise here is the Manager, Chrissy G. Belongs managing a Waldorf. She is customer service! Not what I expected- loyal for life now!

I got to this hotel after 2 cancelled flights. So when I got here I was tired and annoyed. There were a lobby full of people from other cancelled flights as well so it was pretty busy for 12am. Joy and Rianna were beyond helpful. They were super polite and assisted me right away. I appreciated such kind people after a long and stressful day!
