Welcome to the 2025 Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Endless Possibilities Spring Career Fair!
Join us for the biggest event of the year on Saturday, April 5, 2025 beginning at 10:00 am (EST) at the Charlotte Convention Center in the Richardson Ballroom. More than 180 schools and departments will be interviewing and selecting candidates for licensed/certified positions including teachers, school psychologists, media specialists, school social workers, and school counselors. We will also be hiring for non-instructional positions in transportation, school nutrition, building services, after school enrichment, and many others. We welcome candidates from both in and out of state, and internal CMS candidates looking to transfer are also welcome. If you have a bachelor’s degree in an area outside of education, but are interested in becoming a teacher, there are alternative licensure pathways to a teaching career; attend our event to learn more.
