Catching up on reviews. I've enjoyed many concerts and events in this venue over the years. This review is in reference to a play I attended on Saturday, 08-13-22. Garrett Davis' Unforgettable play was outstanding! This was the first leg of the tour. The play was about how Alzheimer's impacts the lives of minorities with emphasis on Blacks and Hispanics. They did an excellent job with portraying the progression of the disease on the person who has it, their caregivers, and their family and loved ones. The play was presented by the Alzheimer's Association. Great singing, especially from LeJuene Thompson. There were plenty of laughs and a few moments for tears. This touched me personally as I have had family members to be diagnosed with Alzheimer's just as I've helped to be a caregiver for a grandmother who had Alzheimer's. As always, the venue was clean and the staff was pleasant and eager to help. Looking forward to the next time.

Beautiful venue on the edge of uptown. A lot of great shows come here, from plays to musicals to concerts. Every seat has an amazing view since its only 2 levels so you never have to worry about getting a corner seat with an obstructed view. Only thing is bathrooms can be an ordeal at intermission for men and women if youre on the second floor. Only one way in and one way out and gets extremely overcrowded with folks trying to come in, stand in line, wash hands, leave out.gets a bit hectic.

Small intimate setting. Can't wait to go back. Concert was awesome. The staff, from security to ushers were absolutely the BEST of ANY venue I have ever been to!!

Saw Kevin Smith's Clerks 3, The Convenience Tour tonight and it was an extraordinary movie. (I laughed, I cried, I wasn't disappointed!!!). The theater felt welcoming, and everyone was greeted by the staff. Smith gave us all he had and we were happy he held nothing back. The theater itself is spacious and unique. We had a wonderful time!

My two daughters and I gifted my Mom with tickets to the Hip Hop Nutcracker. What a wonderful show and this venue is gorgeous! Pro Tip: enjoy lunch or dinner at La Belle Helene before your show!
