Visited NC specifically for the HBCU Culture Homecoming Fest Battle of the Bands show at the Bojangles Coliseum in Charlotte. We had an absolutely amazing time with family. The venue was larger than we expected and had many food and drink options. Bathroom options and count of stalls were a bit limited in our section. The band performances were the highlight of the visit. Each band brought their own style and all were so very talented and worthy of praise! Sharing a few videos from the event at this venue. Our first hockey game was a blast. Lots of different foods, beers, and cocktails. Restrooms could be more efficient. Easy to park, easy to get out.

This is my first time, along with my husband Mike, invited by our great friends Tina and Steven (season ticket holders!) to a Checkers game! And, also the very first time we are right AT THE ICE!! Well those pucks being hit by the 'the dark sided team' (haha) hit the plexiglass and broke it! So we are waiting for the whole plexiglass piece to be changed!! That's what they are doing as I write this!! Update, they changed the plexiglass pane!! Now onto the Checkers game!!

Very organised parking, at no extra charge, thank you. Parking Staff great. Inside stadium was very clean, good security on entry. Didnot buy drinks so cannot comment, but very clean toilets. A splendid night at the Hockey thank you.

Enjoy watching the checkers. The place was clean. Came in went straight to our seats, didn't purchase and food or drinks. Good time had by all.b
